I offer a thorough yet gentle paver cleaning to lift stains and clean joints as well as paver sealing to protect and enhance your investment and provide protection against the elements and everyday use. We use a product designed for our Florida climate. Due to the high solid content there is no need to sand new pavers which creates its own issues from dragging sand into the garage and house when walked on or driven on. 45% solids in our products will help take care of this issue.

Breathable sealers by ICT are designed to allow the ground to breathe out moisture through the substrate and sealer. If a coating traps moisture, hydrostatic pressure will build up and cause the sealer to turn milky. As the moisture builds up over time the sealer will eventually break down. Our breathable sealers weather matte or the color enhancing wet look our sealers will breathe out and eliminate moisture issues.
